Original file missing
Fast Imagery could not find the original image file in WordPress.
What happened?
The image record still exists, but the original file is no longer where WordPress expects it to be.
What can you do next?
Take the first action that applies, then run optimization again only when the underlying issue has changed.
- 1Check whether the original image still exists in the Media Library and on the server.
- 2If the file is missing, upload the image again.
- 3Run optimization again after the original file is available.

Contact support if the file is present but Fast Imagery still reports it as missing.
