1. Controller
The controller for this website and service is:
A. KhayatiPostfach 12 34 56Bielefeld, NRW33516GermanyEmail: support@fastimagery.com
2. Data We Process
- Account data (name, email, login security data).
- License and activation data (plan, domain/site activation status).
- Billing and invoice data (billing name and address, customer type, optional business name, invoice language, amount, product, invoice number, and payment reference).
- Payment metadata (status, amount, payment method category, and provider IDs) for order and accounting operations.
- Browser storage used for login sessions, checkout recovery, and theme preference.
- Support or feedback messages (name, email, and message content) and operational logs needed to run and secure the service.
3. Payment Processing (Mollie)
Payments are processed by Mollie. We do not store raw card numbers in our application. Billing details are sent to our own API for invoicing and accounting; payment details are entered on Mollie's hosted checkout. Mollie and our service may process data for their own legal and compliance obligations.
4. Optional Newsletter
If you choose to subscribe, Hostinger Reach processes your email address, confirmation status, consent evidence, delivery status, and unsubscribe status on our behalf. Newsletter processing is based on your consent and uses double opt-in. An unconfirmed address does not receive campaigns.
We use newsletter data only to deliver the requested messages, handle replies, and honor unsubscribe or deletion requests. We do not connect newsletter engagement to plugin functionality, licensing, support access, or a WordPress administrator account. We do not use recipient-level open or click behavior for segmentation or re-engagement by default.
Newsletter records are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, except for a minimal suppression record where needed to ensure that an unsubscribed address is not added again without fresh consent. Hostinger's Data Processing Addendum describes its processing terms and safeguards.
The signup form is provided by Fast Imagery. After you submit it, our server sends your email address to Hostinger Reach for newsletter registration. We do not load a Hostinger form script or iframe in your browser.
5. Why We Process Data
- To provide licenses, downloads, updates, and account access under our contract.
- To process payments, prevent abuse/fraud, and secure the service.
- To meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
- To answer support or feedback messages, improve the product, and manage customer relationships.
6. Privacy-Preserving Website Statistics
We may use a self-hosted Umami installation to understand aggregate website usage and improve navigation and conversion paths. The configured tracker uses no cookies, excludes query strings and URL fragments, respects browser Do Not Track, and does not receive names, email addresses, license keys, account identifiers, or form contents.
We record page views and a small allowlist of coarse actions such as opening pricing, features, or newsletter signup. We do not use session replay, advertising profiles, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking. If analytics is not configured, no analytics script is loaded.
7. Recipients
We share personal data only where needed with payment, hosting, email, support, and operational service providers. If a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we use the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
8. Retention
- Operational account/support/auth data: kept only as long as needed.
- Product feedback: kept only as long as needed to review, reply, and act on it.
- Invoices, their immutable billing snapshots, and related payment/accounting records: retained for the applicable statutory retention period, even if the customer account is later deleted.
- When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
9. Account Deletion Requests
You can request account deletion from dashboard settings. We remove or anonymize non-required personal data and retain only records required by law or necessary for legitimate legal or contractual obligations. Issued invoices cannot be rewritten from later profile changes; corrections are handled through a separate accounting record.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where relevant. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
11. Contact
For privacy requests, write to support@fastimagery.com and include the email linked to your account so we can verify and process your request.
12. Automated Decisions
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects for customers.
