1. Contracting Party

2. Service and Plans

Fast Imagery provides licensing and update services for Fast Imagery Pro plans (Personal 1 seat, Freelancer 10 seats, Agency unlimited seats), billed yearly.

3. Renewal and Cancellation

Plans renew automatically unless canceled. If canceled, access remains active until the end of the current paid period, then renewals stop.

4. Account Access

Customers can access their dashboard to manage plan, downloads, licenses, payment details, and account settings.

Account closure/deletion options are available in dashboard account settings and are processed according to applicable legal obligations.

5. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Mollie. We do not store raw card numbers in our application.

6. Support and Updates

Active plans include access to Pro updates and standard support scope described on plan pages.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Keep your account access and license keys secure. Do not share license keys publicly or use the service in a way that interferes with its security or availability.

8. Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights under applicable law.

German law applies where permitted, without limiting mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your country.
