Refunds

1. First Charge and Renewals

Charges are collected at purchase. Renewals are charged at the next billing date unless you cancel.

2. Cancellation

If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current payment period. Future renewals then stop.

3. EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, mandatory withdrawal rights may apply. For instant access to digital content or services, those rights can be affected only where the law allows and the checkout asks for the required consent and acknowledgement.

4. Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case, especially for duplicate charges, technical failures, or billing errors. Contact us with payment details so we can investigate.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are submitted through the payment provider and may take several business days to appear, depending on bank/provider timelines.

6. Mandatory Rights

This policy does not limit mandatory statutory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
