These Terms describe plan usage, renewals, account access, and support for Feedback Round services.

1. Service and Plans
Feedback Round provides licensing and update services for CrispPress Pro plans (1-site, 5-site, 25-site), billed yearly.
2. Renewal and Cancellation
Plans renew automatically unless canceled. If canceled, access remains active until the end of the current paid period, then renewals stop.
3. Account Access
Customers can access their dashboard to manage plan, downloads, licenses, payment details, and account settings.
Account closure/deletion options are available in dashboard account settings and are processed according to applicable legal obligations.
4. Payments
Payment processing is handled by Mollie. We do not store raw card numbers in our application.
5. Support and Updates
Active plans include access to Pro updates and standard support scope described on plan pages.
6. Legal Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights under applicable law.
