1. Data We Process

  • Account data (name, email, login security data).
  • License and activation data (plan, domain/site activation status).
  • Payment metadata (status, amount, provider IDs) for order/accounting operations.
  • Support and operational logs needed to run and secure the service.

2. Payment Processing (Mollie)

Payments are processed by Mollie. We do not store raw card numbers in our application. Mollie and our service may process data for their own legal/compliance obligations.

3. Why We Process Data

  • To provide licenses, downloads, updates, and account access.
  • To process payments and prevent abuse/fraud.
  • To meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations.

4. Retention (Category-Based)

  • Operational account/support/auth data: kept only as long as needed.
  • Payment/accounting records: retained per statutory retention obligations.
  • When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

5. Account Deletion Requests

You can request account deletion from dashboard settings. We remove or anonymize non-required personal data and retain only records required by law or necessary for legitimate legal/contract obligations.

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where relevant.
